PROFILE CONNECTOR FROM MINITEC
The connection of aluminum profiles has never been easier and faster. Minitec's new patented Powerlock connector is used without machining. Minitec screws and nuts, connection dies, connection brackets as well as other connection accessories ensure a wide range of possible uses and profile combinations.
Our high quality connectors allow an optimal overall construction. Flexibility is a high priority. Changes can be made easily and quickly. Later changes to the profile system are easily possible with the N-profile joint and N-joint matrix. Avoid the high costs that would otherwise result from man-hours, construction and machining.
Thanks to Minitec's unique connectors, the profiles can easily be assembled quickly, without complex machining. A good example of this is the innovative Powerlock connector – but the rest of our standard connectors are just as easy to assemble. The connector is simply screwed into the cross-section of the profile with a screw and pushed into the groove of the profile to be connected. The threaded M8 pin creates a friction and ESD connection between the two profiles, i.e. drilling is unnecessary. Therefore, a construction can be added later without leaving a trace. Overall design, measurement and processing costs are reduced to a minimum.
